Camp Geronimo Application and Forms 2021

Camp Geronimo 2021 Registration opens January 14th, 2021!

Thank you for your interest in Camp Geronimo!  This unique summer camp experience is one of a kind.  We only accept 8 children per week and spots fill up quickly.

Camp this summer will be held during the following weeks:

  • June 14 – June 18
  • June 28 – July 2
  • July 26 – July 30
  • August 2 – August 6

In addition to completing the Camp Geronimo Application 2021, please check the Camp-Geronimo-Parent-Checklist-2021 and return the following forms by mail by May 14th. (Please wait to return forms until everything is completed):

Please Note: payment, health forms, COVID waiver, and the signature pages must be in by May 14, 2021. Late payment and paperwork will forfeit your child’s spot.

Payment information:
COST: $450.00 per week
Early Bird Special: $400 per week when paid in full by April 1, 2021

Please note that the tuition fee covers a portion of actual Camp Geronimo expenses. Through fundraising efforts and the generosity of our donors we are able to offer our programs at this reduced rate.

 Tuition Assistance:

The Barn at Spring Brook Farm recognizes that individual circumstances differ. Each year we are able to make some additional funding available for campers who otherwise might not be able to participate in Camp Geronimo due to financial hardship. If tuition assistance is desired, please indicate that on the Camp Geronimo Financial Aid Request Form. The director or program manager will then contact you to discuss your situation. You may also wish to contact agencies or your school district to determine whether they have monies available to assist your camper. We advise you to apply promptly, however, please make sure to indicate whether your camper’s participation is dependent on agency or school district support on the form.  Please DO NOT apply for Financial Aid if you are relying on a 3rd party to pay the tuition. Financial Aid is for families paying tuition out of pocket.

Scholarships are limited to one week of camp.

Camp Registration Confirmation:

Camp registration is on a first come first serve basis.  We will notify you by February 8th using the following process:

  • Returning Campers – notified by February 8th confirmed week
  • New Campers – notified by February 8th  to schedule a tour/interview
  • Wait List – notified by February 8th if your child is on a wait list

For those who applied but did not hear from us by February 8th, please check our website for camp weeks that may still have openings if the week chosen was filled.
