We are currently seeking the following positions:
Program Manager — The Barn has an immediate opening for a full-time Program Manager to oversee our Programs that provide animal-assisted activities to children with disabilities. The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of the Individual Program, Field Trips and Socialization Events for children with disabilities at The Barn at Spring Brook Farm. The Program Manager also assists with assigned tasks related to Camp Geronimo, managing the volunteers for the Programs, and supports other staff as needed.
The requirements of the position include: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, experience working with children of all abilities, two years of work experience in related fields (OT, PT, Special Education, Psychology, Adaptive Physical Education, Social Work, Nursing or other work with children). Knowledge of farm animals and animal-assisted activities is preferred.
