Field Trips

The Barn at Spring Brook Farm offers local schools and organizations serving the special needs community the opportunity to participate in field trips.

The Barn hosts in- person field trips during the fall and spring season. Groups can bring up to 15 children for a 3 hour experience and the cost is $200.   Field trips run from 10 am to 1 pm and groups are welcome to bring lunch and picnic in our Outdoor Learning Center (weather permitting) or munch on lunch in our Barn Loft.

Children will enjoy various experiences including:  interacting with our farm animals (feeding, walking and grooming them), taking a hayride along our beautiful grounds, playing in our Barn Loft which includes a sensory gym, creating a fun natural craft, and exploring our Outdoor Learning Center (which includes sensory tables, a vegetable, herb and sensory garden, a musicscape and accessible treehouse!).
