Field Trips

The Barn at Spring Brook Farm offers local schools and organizations serving the special needs community the opportunity to participate in field trips.

The Barn offers a Pre-Recorded Virtual Field Trip at no cost.

In addition, we also offer a live Zoom component to help engage children with our wonderful animals here at The Barn. The cost for a Zoom Field Trip is $50.

If applicable, The Barn also hosts 12 in- person field trips a year during the fall and spring with a limit of 15 children per field trip. The cost for an In-Person Field Trip is $200.

The Barn is fully booked for in-person field trips for 2023 but is currently booking field trips for 2024!

Each program comes with a complementary Learning Guide that includes suggested activities to do before and after a field trip and guiding questions for comprehension that can be incorporated however you choose. In addition, we have free coloring pages that feature a variety of animals that live here at The Barn!
